Penacova, the county seat, is 10 minutes away. You can visit the pergola and Penedo de Castro, with unique views over the Mondego River, and it also offers several walking trails. My place is close to the Tower/ski resort (about 15 minutes). The house is located in a mountain village, at an altitude of 1100 meters, and is considered the highest village in Portugal - Sabugueiro. Within a radius of 10 km there are several lagoons and river beaches, such as Rossim Valley and Lagoa Comprida, Loriga and the village's own beach. My space is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).
