The apartment was very modern, clean and well equipped, the pool was a great size with plenty of sun beds. Great restaurants and bars were all just a short walk away.

Amazing stay from start to finish, couldn't have been any easier in terms of check in / check out and location was perfect walking distance to everything. Lovely host gave lots of local recommendations. The accommodation was exactly the same as the pictures. All in all 10/10 apartment would highly recommend - the heated pool was definitely the cherry on top!

Great, new apartment with everything you need. Good amenities and homely furnishings. At 36° outside temperature, the apartment was thankfully equipped with sufficient, modern air conditioners. The beautiful old town of Trogir and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes on foot. In the high season, the search for a parking space may be a bit adventurous. Directly at the property this was not possible to book public parking nearby with 15 euros/d. For this, it is recommended to use the "BMove" app, as the old machines only take hard money. The only point of criticism is the quite late check-in time of 4 p.m., especially since you should be outside at 10 o'clock.

The house was very clean and all we needed was there. For us location was perfect, just by the sea but in a quiet place. We could swim any time and it was convenient to tak long nice walks by the sea. Milan is a great host too.

We stayed there for a week and it was really as nice as in the pictures. Stjepan was super nice and helped with all sorts of things. 2 min walk to the beach, but 10 minute walk along the beach to get to the other side where most restaurants are located which was totally okay. 15-20 min by taxi from the airport to the house. 10 min from the house by taxi to Trogir Old Town. I really recommend this place if you want a quiet and pleasant vacation.

We stayed for a week and it was amazing! Even better than the photos, it literally has everything you need. short walk to stunning Trogir old town. Clean, comfortable with a great outdoor space. Antonio couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Will definitely be back!

The host was very nice, responsive, and hospitable. The accommodation was also suitable for small children. There were even toys, which our two-year-olds really enjoyed. The nearby train did not cause any disturbance. We were glad that it was possible to arrive at the home earlier.

Ivana welcomed us very warmly with gifts and a flexible early check-in. We had a great time at the house, which you wouldn't expect for the low price! Great view, location right by the sea and great outdoor area. Ivana always responded very quickly and super friendly and took care of problems super quickly

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Vinko is a great and very dedicated host. The accommodation corresponds to the description and fully met our expectations. We would come back anytime!

This was by far the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in! The entire space was spotless and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property looks even better in person than in the pictures—absolutely stunning! The outdoor kitchen and bathroom were like a dream come true, beautifully designed and perfect for enjoying the surrounding nature. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Sevid. Going in mid May was perfect for us. The town was very quiet which made it, for us, even more beautiful. Sevid was close enough to towns that had restaurants and grocery stores open so we could eat out or in if we wanted to The house itself suited us well. The kitchen was perfect for the times we wanted to eat in. The pool was heated so we were able to use it every day. It was just a great place Sandro was not available during our stay so we spoke often with his sister, Sinaja. She was a joy to work with. Her love of the house and Sevid and indeed for Croatia came through over and over. She and her partner, Ivan, were a treasure trove of info about the area. We felt like we had our own personal tour guide of Croatia. A great place to stay and great people to work with

Best Airbnb experience from the accommodation itself to the host who made it even better. It is obvious he cares for each guest. He messaged us from time to time to make sure we had everything and were ok. What stood out to us was his generosity to take the time and effort to help us on the first night when we arrived really late and no restaurants were open. What is incredibly helpful are the lists of recommendations he sends including transport information that saved us a lot of time and confusion. The studio is filled with everything you need with amazing quality furniture and amenities. No one will be disappointed with Mate and his accommodation. He is welcoming, friendly, caring, and proactive. Would go back there without hesitation :)

Ana was very flexible with our early arrival and communicated well. The condo was beautiful and very nicely decorated. Located within a short walk to Old Town and other amenities. Only downside was that we came when it was very hot and the bedrooms do not have AC making it less comfortable to sleep, but this appears to be common in Croatia at the properties we have stayed at.

We had the most wonderful stay at Erna's property! The apartment is gorgeous and cozy, has lots of charm, and is in a lovely setting, just a few metres from the water. Everything needed was provided to us and the apartment kitchen was well equipped. We made good use of the bikes, outdoor kitchen (bonus) and paddleboard. While we didn't actually go to Split as much as we were planning, we ended up preferring spending time in our neighbourhood and exploring the rest of Kaštela with the use of the bikes :) Barbara and her husband were also very welcoming and we felt honoured to be invited to spend time with them. We will miss this place and its hosts! tips: best beach near the apartment seems to be a 6 minute walk to the right once leaving the gate. Kaštela is also to the right when leaving the gate. biking is possible all along the coast. the historic buildings are very charming. May be best to take the bus to Trojir as the highway portion doesn't have much of a shoulder. Thanks!

We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

This is not an airbnb. This is a 5 star hotel room with a 6 star balcony and a 7 star host. Absolute great place for a weekend or longer trip in split. location is superb - just outside old town and walkable. The appartement is fantastic with a great balcony and view - very clean and with everything you need. Anamarija is a perfect host who helped with great local recommendations.

Great place, great host, great location, great beaches (careful on the left side of one beach there are tiny sea urchins that nobody seamed to notice) at 6 minutes walking distance. very quiet and peaceful neighboorhood and the hosts are so adorable you feel at home.
