Größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man in Weilheim, Peißenberg oder Murnau. Außerdem liegt ein natürlicher Badeweiher mit kleiner Kneippeinrichtung circa 1km entfernt und ermöglicht spontanes Erfrischen zu jeder Tageszeit

Die teilweise spektakulären Sonnenuntergänge, der freie Blick auf die Garmischer Zugspitze und die seelenruhige Alleinlage am Waldrand bilden eine einzigartige Atmosphäre und schaffen wundervolle Erinnerungen. Für Fahrräder gibt es Abstellfläche.

Our 110 year old in nouveau art house is located in the beautiful and astonishing prealpine lands right in between Munich and the famous castles. Our guesthome has a big kitchen with everything you need to cook, two cosy and indivilual bed rooms and a modern bathroom. The living room has a romantic fireplace. The place is perfect for families, couples and friends.
