The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Our “Haus Wildbach” was recently renovated and is located in the Seegatterl district. The residential area is quiet at night and is located away from the hustle and bustle of the village in nature, directly on a stream and the Alpine road. Cross-country ski trails, cycling and hiking trails as well as the gondola lift to the Winkelmoosalm start right outside the door. This apartment has a very nice balcony with stream and mountain views. The spacious living area offers space for shared meals.

Due to a last minute by another host, we were able to book Daniela's apartment via AirBnb very quickly and easily. The place was a dream, both in terms of amenities and cleanliness. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward, parking spaces sufficient in front of the house and also the location (about 15 minutes to the ski resorts) is very good. Anytime again!

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Glitzeralm. Everything was exactly like in the photos. The apartment is very cozy and tastefully decorated, the kitchen well equipped. We didn't lack anything. The windows are apparently soundproof windows, so we didn't hear anything from the B 305. We were able to enjoy the sun on the balcony until the afternoon. A shopping opportunity is available with the Penny market right across the street. You can start hiking, cycling, or jogging right outside the front door. Reit im Winkl can be reached on foot in a good 10 minutes via a scenic meadow path. We will be happy to come back.

The house and the apartment are great and the apartment is located completely in the back, so it's quiet. In a very few (car) minutes, you are in St. Johann. Tina always responded very quickly to any questions and is super nice. The apartment was great and as shown in the pictures. We can really recommend them.

A modern bathroom features a minimalist design with a curved mirror illuminated by soft lighting. A wooden vanity with storage space is complemented by neatly rolled towels. The neutral-toned walls and floor create a calm ambiance, ideal for relaxation.

We (2 adults and 1 dog) felt very comfortable. The hostess was always available and extremely friendly. The room was clean and exactly as described. The surroundings offer various hiking trails and a lake to relax. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance, but you could also stock up on the property's own groceries. The fellow human beings were extremely friendly, but it was also possible to hike for hours without meeting a person. For another vacation in the region, I would always choose this accommodation. 5 stars!

A beautiful accommodation with a perfect location as a starting point for hikes but also for other activities in the area. It really has everything your heart desires and everything is very high quality and beautifully furnished. We felt right at home. Communication with Katharina was always very nice and fast. The only thing you could complain about would be the somewhat slow Wi-Fi connection. But well... that's not why you go to the Chiemgau Alps. We would definitely come back and enjoyed our time here!
