Next to the house is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Welcome to our charming apartment on Lake Seeburg! Enjoy the proximity to the lake with gastronomy, leisure activities and children's playground. Our apartment is located between Göttingen and Duderstadt, near the Harz Mountains with many outdoor possibilities. It can accommodate up to 5 people, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room, terrace and garden. A separate entrance, free parking and barbecue facilities are also available. Perfect for a relaxing vacation!

The property is located in the new development area of Seeburg and is about 300 m from Lake Seeburg - within walking distance of 3 restaurants directly on the lake! The bungalow is fully equipped. It has 2 bedrooms, a large living-dining area with modern fitted kitchen. Discover the riding stables "Wellenreiter," "Graf Isang" or the "Old Sailor." You are in the center of Göttingen in about 20 minutes. The city of Duderstadt is about 11 km away.

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

The lovingly furnished basement apartment is located in the southern district of Göttingen right on the edge of the forest. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and has a large kitchen with sitting area, bathroom with shower and toilet. It has a large beautiful bedroom with sitting area (baby cot if needed), and a living room with modern sofa bed. In front of the entrance is a small cozy terrace.

The room has its own separate entrance and is located in the basement. A small hallway (which is only used by the guest) leads to the room. The room is connected to the private bathroom with shower. Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.

Our guest room is located directly in our house on the first floor. The spa gardens, bakery, pharmacy and supermarket are within walking distance. On request, a parking space can be used for a daily fee. In our apartment, both workers and vacationers are welcome. The apartment consists of a room with kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

Apartment on the 2nd floor of a two-family house with separate entrance; non-smoking apartment (smoking only on the loggia); rich, varied amenities (Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc.); central underfloor heating; quiet residential area; parking on side strips on the street. Bikes can be rented from me.
