In a tranquil location of Gstadt am Chiemsee, the charming vacation home "Zuhaus am See" is located just a few meters from Lake Chiemsee and the extensive network of bike paths. The comfortably furnished vacation home in country house style with beautiful mountain views has a living room with a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest toilet and thus accommodates 4 people. Please, note that the bedrooms are on the first floor and there are stairs to get there.

In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. Studio apartment

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. On top there is a mini balcony.

Modern and rocking, you start your day in your duplex hideaway with a coffee or end the evening at sunset in the lounge of the south balcony with a glass of 'Highway to Hell' overlooking the Möhrenbach Valley. In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
