had a wonderful stay in the room—everything exceeded my expectations. The space was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared, which made it feel welcoming and comfortable from the moment I arrived. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens were fresh and high-quality. I appreciated the little touches like the complimentary toiletries, ample towels, and fast Wi-Fi. The room was quiet, and I slept well each night. The air conditioning/heating worked perfectly, The host. Mr kundhan was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again or recommend it to others

The place was awesome. The host was very helpful especially since I left my personal items behind and he ensured they were kept safe until I collected them 24 hours later. the place a lovely quaint and private penthouse and definetly worth it's money. I would be surprised if the place would not get booked out all the time. I wished I stayed back for a few more days. the balcony is quite large and peaceful and so is the terrace. felt like a cottage home :)

We had a wonderful stay at this penthouse! The flat was well-equipped with fridge, TV, AC, and an induction stove. One of the things we loved was the privacy. The penthouse is not a shared or common area for other tenants, which made the experience feel much more exclusive and peaceful. We stayed here for more than a week. I was traveling with my 5-year-old daughter, and she absolutely loved the space — it felt like a little adventure for her. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient, private, and scenic stay!

We rented the apartment for my son and his young family. Dr. D’Souza was extremely cordial. He made sure that every need that my son’s family had was addressed.

This is in a good location with good connectivity, nice place to stay. It is rare to find a place like this in the city, with open space, lot of greenary, plenty of fresh air and ventilation. We have enjoyed our stay alot, we have visited deer park which is in walkable distance. This will be our first choice, whenever we visit to Hyderabad. The host is very friendly in nature, communicative and helpful.

Well where do I begin. The place is immaculate. It is much much better than it looks in the pictures. Very aesthetic and very beautifully decorated. The location is very easy to find and the neighbourhood is very peaceful. It is one of the best BnBs that I have ever been to. What should I say about the Host - he was so welcoming, it felt like home. He shared everything in detail and that helped throughout the stay. He was very quick to respond to any questions that I had and was very considerate about everything. These are the kind of Hosts that actually live the spirit of Airbnb. Overall had an amazing stay and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Extra services that my family and kids loved - PS5, home cooked meals, cab service from airport and daily free housekeeping .

We travelled for Some office work in group and our apartment stay was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Convenient location and seamless check-in made it a perfect choice for a comfortable getaway. Host was very much responsive and accommodated our requirements.

This was literally a home away from home for me. From 14 days to 24 days extension we had no issues at all. The owner is so friendly that you can have a conversation and hang out with them as friends. Any time we asked or requested anything it was done. Gaurav went out of his way to make us feel at home and was always just a message away. The house is beautiful with a very relaxed vibe. It was cool throughout and didn't need to switch on the ac during the day. It is very accessible with a convenient car parking. The surroundings are calm and there is no noise around. It's just about the main road so there is no traffic outside the house. It's a perfect place for all types of people. My parents were full of praise for the superb experience. Looking forward to a stay once again soon
