Awesome place to stay. Thanks to Rishabh and his dad who made us feel like home. They are really supportive and suggested really nice places to eat. All the grocery stores,medicals etc are within walking distance. So are Chilka and pulgam that are famous for bedsheets. Highway connectivity is like 5 minutes. Totally residential area and highly recommended for families/couples.

We had an amazing stay at this fully furnished villa — definitely a 10/10 experience, especially compared to places we’ve stayed at in Solapur. The villa is spacious, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. All three bedrooms have AC, which made our stay very comfortable in the summer heat. Hot water was available in all four bathrooms, and the kitchen had basic amenities to make tea and coffee. The property is fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Another big plus is that the host stays nearby, so it was very convenient to get quick help or support if anything came up. We also requested cleaning during our stay, and the maid came promptly after messaging the host. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. It’s perfect for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway with family or friends. Highly recommend!

The host was very helpful, has a very good property and has maintained the property very well. The property is a area which is peaceful, though the area is still developing but has all required stores and supermarkets for all general needs in walkable distance. I travelled recently with my brother and friends, we found the place to be very nice and homely. Both the rooms have AC which is very helpful in summers. Though my suggestion to owner is that both the AC are working but require a servicing. All other amenities were good.

The stay was perfect. The host was very responsive and helped us throughout our stay. The house is very neat and clean and also spacious. There are 2 fully Air conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms and with 24 hours running hot water facility. Highly recommend if you are travelling at places in and around Solapur. The host met all the expectations of the stay and a very budget friendly stay.
