This place was absolute perfection. The house is adorable, well decorated, comfortable, fabulous kitchen and comfortable beds. Plus coffee was there for us and a generous amount of cooking basics. We had 2 kids with us who loved roaming around the yard and the private location meant they could be as loud as they wanted while playing in the pool. The lounge chairs on the deck were perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and nighttime tea before bed. There were a few cuddly blankets that were great for the chilly mornings. The neighboring cows were talkative and there were a few roosters nearby and some coyotes at night - it felt like we were really in the country but also so close to charming Healdsburg. We are already planning our return trip!

We had a wonderful experience having a small family reunion here. We had two older adults who use walkers and a baby, so I wanted to make sure that the house could accommodate all of us. Place was perfect for this with 3 bedrooms on the first floor, and only a couple steps to manage into the front door. Robin and other hosts were really helpful in answering all of my questions prior to the booking (and after). Loved the pool, hot tub and gazebo sitting area. Used the grill for family dinners. Will treasure our memories here!

This Airbnb was AMAZING!!! My friends and i absolutely loved staying here. The location was great for the wineries we went to which were sterling vineyard and Caymus. The only downfall was the pool rules and hours, also no microwave in the home. Either way i would definitely book this airbnb again!

Jenny's place was perfect for our girls trip! The large living space, pool and hot tub were a definite plus for our purpose. The beds were amazing and the house was fully stocked with all necessary items. Jenny was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again for a nice weekend getaway from the Bay Area.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Happy House! The pool was large and fantastic, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was beautiful and very well stocked with everything we needed. The house was spotless, and the neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Both the garden and front yard were lovely, and the pool area was especially private thanks to the high fence. Brook was incredibly friendly, always checked in to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay, and promptly answered all our questions. She was very helpful throughout our visit. Highly recommend!

Matthew’s home exceeded expectations and was incredibly cozy, private, spacious, clean, and spa-like. It was luxurious! It was very pet-friendly, I brought my Labrador with me and he loved lounging on the deck. The weather subsided (though I love the rain) all day Friday to allow for an entire day outdoors! The hot tub was clean and instructions were easy to follow. I loved that Matthew included local recommended spots to check out— I went to Russian River Brewing and Pacific Markets— both great spots with ample walking areas. The home decor is unique and has such character and charm without feeling like you’re stepping into “Magnolia Farms”— so far from it! There are beautiful works of art, antiques, classic and contemporary books; it’s lovely. Matthew is a responsive and kind, generous host. I found my stay tranquil and will be staying again as well as recommending to others! Matthew, thank you for providing a wonderful space for others to enjoy! All my best! Kaitlin & Buddy.

This is our second time staying with Robert/Jami at this great place. It's the most peaceful and tranquil location, and so comfortable. The hosts are so helpful and accommodating, including helping us with a special request. We were celebrating our anniversary, and this place and Bodega Bay made it special and memorable.

This property is amazing in every way. There’s a view from the ocean from almost every room, beautiful tile work and gorgeous, well appointed bathrooms. A sauna and extra hot hot tub. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The house itself is beautiful with private spaces, but also a large living room where everyone can gather around a beautiful tiled potbelly fireplace. It’s a short walk to the beach through a charming neighborhood. The host Rebekah was very communicative and generous, allowed us flexible, check-in and check out. I will 100% be staying here again.

Celia's Garden: What a lovely garden space, everything was in bloom during our visit. Great location, just a bit of road noise. Walking distance to the post office, downtown with great shops, wine tasting, restaurants, and across the street from the Joe Rodota paved trail. Located outside Sebastopol, close to Armstrong Redwoods, the Russian River, Healdsburg and the wine country. Stop by Harmony Nursery on Gravenstein Highway, just north of Graton Road. It's a gardener's paradise and a Sonoma County gem. Downtown Graton is planning to build a new town square. If you've ever been to the town, it's tiny and charming. It's such a small town that the new town square will increase it's size by maybe 25-30%. Looking forward to visiting again. We enjoyed our short stay. Thank you for the colorful garden time!

The house is perfectly located with access to the Russian River. The kitchen was fully stocked and had all the basics for cooking at the house. We didn't need to buy salt and oil or spices. It was all there. The hosts were also great about making tons of actives available like biking, inner tubes, etc. The river and hot tub were definitely big bonuses and made the house very comfortable and nice. We didn't need to leave! Town was close by as well as great hiking at Armstrong state park. We will be back!

Incredible. The house and location is like being in a dream, like a stay in another world - With the house on the water, the soft waves lapping under the house, the cormorants diving for fish, the ribbons of fog that pass through the bay in front of you.... Hog Island Oyster is right down the road on top of it all. Everything was perfect and I appreciate that such an amazing place is shared by the owners. We will be back!

Sean’s place, Arantxa, was nothing short of stunning. From the moment we arrived, it felt like paradise surrounded by trees, birdsong, and so much open space to breathe and relax. It was incredibly peaceful. We brought our dog with us, and it couldn’t have been more pet-friendly. From treats to thoughtful amenities, everything was set up to make sure our pup felt just as welcome and happy as we did. The tub was a dream... cozy for two, but still so relaxing and luxurious. Parking was easy with ample space, and Sean was the most responsive and thoughtful host, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. If you’re visiting Guerneville and want a serene, nature-filled escape with all the right touches, I couldn’t recommend this Airbnb more highly. I would definitely go back if I visit Guerneville again!

Beautiful home in a gorgeous forest location. The home was very comfortable and you can see the views through all of the picture windows in the house. It was very quiet and relaxing, and the hot tub was perfect. Would highly recommend and stay again and again!

We stayed at Pixel Place with our kids from Arizona to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday. We couldn’t have picked a better place. The home was spotless with great amenities. I have never stayed at a cleaner location. The home and gardens are absolutely beautiful. We were able to get a little an earlier check-in time which is always nice. Pixel Place is located close to the things we wanted to see and do and it was very relaxing when we were there on our down time. Plus our grandson was in heaven with all the games. Our hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. If you are considering this to be your home away from home, I highly recommend it. I would love to stay there again in the future.

Larry goes above and beyond. House was clean and exceptionally well stocked. Groceries and numerous goodies supplied. Even a plate of freshly baked cookies. Kitchen has everything and then some. Very quiet and never heard a peep from the neighbors even though the houses are very close together. Lovely private garden behind the house. Highly recommend!

This is the best condition we’ve experienced in an Airbnb property. Like new, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated No clutter. Very quiet surroundings with vineyard views. We were four adults for five days and found it perfect for our stay. Terrific access to Healdsburg, Russian River and Dry Creek Valleys. We’d go back anytime we can.

Gorgeous spot nestled among trees. Allan was a very responsive host and the space was pristine. Great kitchen for cooking in. There is no AC and we got there during a heat wave but the house was still lovely and cool. Allan was thoughtful to leave several fans on for us… and a bottle of wine! We appreciated all the details and would definitely come back.

Really gorgeous, well-maintained property and pool. Outdoor spaces felt particularly luxurious and private, and securely fenced for our dog. Very relaxing!

Sherry was very responsive and very flexible with checkout which we appreciated. you need a car as there's not much within walking distance. the neighborhood is quiet and although the unit is a bit dated, it has everything you need.

We loved this place. Jordan and Jennifer were helpful and responsive throughout the whole stay. The property was fabulous and the gardens and grounds were beautiful.

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. The setting is relaxing. It’s very clean and has a beautiful aesthetic. Jane is very good at communicating. The backyard is lovely.
