Harbour View - step out on to harbour front/beach!

HelenRating, 5 stars5 months ago
As a family of 4 plus 2 dogs this was the perfect Christmas getaway for us. We received a festive welcome and the cottage was just perfect for everything we needed. The beach is quite literally on the doorstep and a couple of beautiful local pubs serving amazing food & costal & cliff top walks a plenty. The cottage was just wonderful & spacious for us all, the underfloor heating was just amazing which the doggos appreciated. There was plenty of kitchen supplies for us to cook a full Xmas dinner plus family faves which we were very pleased with. Freshly laundered bedding and sparking kitchen/bathrooms too! We had the most amazing time and Staithes is a perfect remote getaway with local towns a short drive away. We will certainly be booking with Amanda again, thank you. 🎄🎅🏼

Shangri-la Cosy seaviews parking next to cottage

ClaireRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We happened to arrive a little bit early and chatted to the lovely housekeeper as she was leaving (apologies didn’t catch name) and she was absolutely delightful and so friendly we immediately were made to feel at home. The cottage was perfect for what we needed.. a relaxing stay by the seafront in our favourite village. We stay in Staithes every year and it was our first time at Shangri-La and would thoroughly recommend. The bed in the main bedroom is the best we’ve ever slept on!! Super clean and well equipped cottage. Would stay again x

Boutique Apartment Stunning Sea View, Sandsend

MarkRating, 5 stars2 months ago
It's a lovely Flat in a beautiful location with fabulous views. Essential to know that bringing some supplies is essential as Sandsend doesn’t have a grocery or cornor store location. There are pubs and restaurants some of which are very nice.

Quiet beachside Georgian house with garden

CharlieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a great family stay at the house. The location very close to the beach was superb and parking was available either on the nearby road or at the car park (if you do go out by car, car park tickets are transferable between Scarborough Council car parks which is good). The house was clean and inviting and had everything we needed. The garden was lovely with a nice view to the sea from the higher part. Should you need it, there was a TV with Fire stick and a cupboard full of games and puzzles. Easily got the bus to Whitby with good connections to other places. Couple of good places to eat in the village itself. David was a great host, providing just the right information at the right time. Highly recommended.

Awesome house right on the water. Super unique home but had a nice updated kitchen and a lot of privacy between rooms. Parking situation was mildly confusing and Wi-Fi was slow but besides those 2 things we had no problems. Would definitely stay again!

The Curious Crab

SarahRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We absolutely loved our New Year break at Curious Crab. The village is idyllic and the cottage was beautiful. We all felt relaxed and at home. Each room felt very special, the kids loved sleeping in the attic and the open fire was the icing on the cake. Rob was a brilliant host. Very responsive and helpful when needed.

Roker Seafront Apartments Flat 3

This was our second stay here, so we obviously like it! The location is perfect next to the beach and having a parking space is great. The back garden is a suntrap too for relaxing in. We would well recommend Grannie Annie's, down on the beach for food. We had everything we needed in the apartment and will probably be back again next year too. Thanks for another great stay 😁

Host & Stay | Bellevue Apartment 2

DavidRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Had a wonderful couple of nights at Bellevue Apartment 2, the apartment is exactly how it looks in the pictures, everything perfect. Can’t think of one thing missing, and the quality of everything is absolutely first rate, Dale clearly has his eyes on the detail, couldn’t fault a signal thing!! The views over Redcar and the beautiful beach and North Sea are spectacular. The local amenities are exactly what you would expect, the shops, pubs and restaurants all so welcoming. As was expected, Redcar, like many of our coastal towns, is a little bit tired, but a fun place for a break. Redcar could do with a break, the people of Redcar deserve more, it feels like a great community. We should all support our fantastic costal communities.
