It is ideal for a single family, NOT for multiple couples though there is a queen sofa bed in living room. Only 10 minute drive to the coast, downtown Monterey/15 mins from aquarium. Free off-street parking. Guests have access to the entire house and have everything they need inside. The host is nearby and may be in the yard to work.

Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

Visit with our alpacas, horses, giant tortoises, goats, sheep, donkey and more! Wake up to sunshine, fresh air and the donkey braying for breakfast! (Due to the nature of our farm we have a strict "No Pets" policy).

The kitchen includes a dining table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and an electric fry pan. There is no stove. We include a few snacks and coffee, dishes, glassware, silverware, bowls and cooking utensils.
