The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

My team hosts with the most, and we want to make your stay is perfection! This space is absolutely perfect for a couple and 1 maybe 2 more when needed. One Bedroom Condo Minutes From the Beach

This was our first Airbnb experience since selling our timeshare last year. Andres & Emily made everything easy! Great check in and check out instructions. The condo was very clean, with all of the amenities they listed in their description. The bed was clean and comfortable and the living room was nicely decorated with a couch, coffee table and television. Highly recommend eating at Island Burger and Pops Diner, which are nearby. The boardwalk was only 2 blocks over. I also found a beautiful starfish necklace (I've been looking for a nice one for awhile) at a boutique called Salty Chic...very cool store located in the Publix shopping center. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would also highly recommend Andres And Emily's condo, especially for a couple.

My daughter and I had a girls weekend. This was our first time at Kure Beach. The place is very nice. The walk to the beach was at most 5 minutes. The outdoor sitting area and fire pit was amazing. The host are very responsive. The internet was out and I messaged them and they responded quickly. It was resolved within 15 to 20 minutes. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful condo, enjoyed the view from the balcony. Short walk to beach. Debi has everything you need in the condo (even a bottle of complimentary wine and coffee!) The bed was comfy, kitchen was stocked, everything was very clean and tidy, plenty of towels etc. My husband and I had a great get away, definitely recommend for a couples get away!

This is one of my favorite Airbnb’s that I’ve stayed at. They put so much thought in to their place. It has everything you need and so much more . We loved that we didn’t need to bring anything for the beach.. lawn chairs, wagon and beach towels were provided to use. The place was cute and great view, loved sitting on porch and seeing the ocean. We will definitely be back. Thank you !
