Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)

Villa Fisogni - Apt. 1 "Norma"

This place is fantastic! Being right on Lake Como is magical. We slept with the doors open and enjoyed the sound of the birds chirping and the waves lapping on the boats all night. The home is an interesting blend of modern and antique which we enjoyed. We had two kiddos with us and they loved having their own rooms & bathrooms. I highly recommend booking lunch at Hotel Passalacqua as it is only a 7 minute walk away and INSANELY FABULOUS! We had a great (and way more affordable LOL) dinner at the Veranda at Hotel Posta. There are apparently nice hikes around the town but I didn't figure that out till just before we left. We did a private boat tour of the lake and our boat driver picked us up at the house which worked very well. My only tips for future renters is to have a small car because parking is tight (we did fine with a small SUV) and bring your own shampoo and soap because what they provide is very minimal. You will enjoy this Airbnb!

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

[The View!] with parking & wifi!

The view is amazing!! It rained a couple days while we were there but we didn’t feel like we missed anything because the view from the Airbnb was so phenomenal. The host provided clear and thorough instructions for check-in and left great local recommendations (the locals were very friendly, patient and willing to speak english). The parking spot was extremely helpful as you will likely need a car when staying in Pognana. With a car we were easily able to access Como and Bellagio and take the ferry to the other towns. I would recommend this place to other travelers looking for a more authentic and cost effective way to experience Lake Como.

A great host, a beautiful rustico in a wonderful location. We were in transit with two children, we all would have liked to have stayed longer. Florent responded quickly to all requests, e.g. for a possibly earlier check-in. The amenities are generous and the furnishings cozy. In addition, it is very quiet and you can relax superbly. We will be happy to come back!
