We stayed 3 nights to celebrate our first anniversary and honestly couldn’t fault the accommodation as it ticked all of the boxes we required. Check in was easy, the area was very secluded and quiet, off of the main roads and away from any other property. Pictures matched the description accurately and everything was there to keep you “off grid” . The phone signal is weak which allows you to get close to nature and leave your tech behind. We had two superb nights just sitting by the fire pit chatting, drinking wine listening to music and taking in the surroundings - the fairy lights coming on was a lovely touch after dusk. Bed was comfy, shower room, a lovely experience too with it being lovely and warm, powerful enough to rival a home set up and the little kitchenette perfect for washing up. Log supply was plentiful and there was lots of usb connections for gadgets should you need them. Overall a lovely quiet experience and we will definitely return next year.

We had the most wonderful stay as a family of four in Norfolk. Karen was incredibly welcoming and gave us a lovely tour of the place when we arrived. The kids absolutely loved spending time with the animals especially the guinea pigs, lambs, chickens, goats, and ducks. Every part of our stay was fantastic. Karen was always so friendly and happy to chat, and she was kind enough to let the children feed the guinea pigs, which they adored. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

A beautiful home, with amazing amount of natural light during the day. Extremely spacious and beautifully decorated. I really loved how they converted the barn. Really handy that each room had its own en-suite as well. Thank you so much for a lovely stay. We hope to be back again.

Woodcutters cottage was a wonderful place to stay . Great location for exploring Norfolks beaches , towns and Norwich city . The cottage was tastefully decorated and absolutely pristine, which was well equipped. It was a lovely place to relax after a day out and about with very comfortable beds for a restful sleep. We had a lovely weekend and will definitely be back . Thank you ☺️

Our stay at The Lodge was wonderful. The property is very modern, very well decorated, so clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were so comfy, we all slept incredibly well. The welcome basket was such a nice touch for our Easter weekend. The location is brilliant, Coltishall is a lovely, quaint area and we were only a few minutes drive from Wroxham which meant we could easily get a boat and take a trip along The Broads. We absolutely recommend Dawn's place, she is a great host and we will definitely be back for another relaxing stay in the future.

Excellent communication with Jill from the onset. Clear instructions, easy to get in on arrival. Gill had kindly left some very welcome provisions for us. We enjoyed a peaceful stay at the cabin, in close proximity to places we wished to visit. Definitely recommend.
