Welcome to our treetop dwelling. This little building was once a mason’s shop, then a cabinet maker's. Beautifully remodeled with radiant heated floors, a modern kitchen and objectively the best view in town. Perched on a bluff overlooking the Huron river and the Ann Arbor cityscape beyond, it feels removed but that’s the beauty of it: it’s a 5 minute walk to Kerrytown and the farmers market, 10 min to downtown, 5-min Uber to the big house. Argo park and river trails are your back yard!

Smart TV's in the bedrooms and Smart TV with cable in the living room. Everything you need for making meals, and close to many restaurants if you'd rather not. Right next door to a coffee cafe! One minute walk to the bus stop. Just a 5 minute drive to downtown, and an 8 minute drive to the Big House.
