A fully equipped shared kitchen is available to all guests – perfect for cooking together or relaxing evenings. The basement features an inviting fireplace room, which can be used as a common room, seminar room, or for small celebrations. Here you'll also find a small sauna, a second kitchen, restrooms, a terrace, and an additional bedroom (sleeping 2 people). This unit can be booked directly upon request – ideal for groups of 7 or more. Special rates apply for Airbnb guests, and additional charges apply. Saunas with a lake view are also available. This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighborhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).
