A house on the lake between Berlin & Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. Lake, Wi-Fi, email or cell phone Everything is within walking distance: 3 parks, restaurants, grocery stores, theaters, tram and night bus in front of the door, bus stop 300 m,

If you are looking for a place to stay in the countryside with proximity to Potsdam and Berlin, then this spot might be just right for you. Potsdam can be reached by bus or car in about 15 minutes. By a regional train connection in the village, you are from the Wilhelmshorst train station in 30 minutes at the Berlin main station. This spacious 230 sqm country home with its lovely garden is only 150 metres from lake Schwielowsee in the picturesque Havelland area west of Berlin. At the same time you are only a 30 minute car ride away from the Ku'damm, a main shopping area in West Berlin and around 15 minutes from Potsdam. In the historic village street is our communal 4Seitenhof. The apartment is located in the eastern former stable building and has been lovingly renovated and equipped. It consists of an open plan living, dining and sleeping area with small shower room and terrace to the courtyard. The kitchen has, among other things, a fridge with freezer, a stove with oven and a dishwasher. Garden use is possible. Also visit the curious alpaca in the neighboring village (additional costs).

quiet holiday apartment, 27 sqm, close to the city

Experience Potsdam skin close and yet in the countryside. We are a quiet residential area directly on the Ravensbergen, which invites you beautifully to hikes and bike rides. The main train station and Potsdam-Zentrum are about 3-5 km away from here and can be easily reached by public transport. You'll love my place because of the peace, the comfortable bed and much more. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).

Our guest room is particularly suitable for exploring Potsdam (and also Berlin) from here by bike, train, car or on foot. Both the Babelsberg Film Park and the district of the same name are interesting places to visit. With the S-Bahn, which is about a 15-minute walk away, you can be in Berlin in 25 minutes or in the center of Potsdam in 10 minutes. By car you can reach the highway within 5 minutes, but neither it nor the train can be heard at night.

On the island of Werder, in the main house, there is a small fisherman's or fruit grower's house, our small but nice apartment. Small refers to the size of the guests. For those over 1.85 m, you should duck your head a little at the doorways. The apartment is in the attic. As a state-recognized resort, the town of Werder charges a €2.00 spa fee per night, per person. This is due in advance. I will contact you about this. No PETS allowed.

A 1.60 m wide box-spring bed ensures a good night's sleep. A TV, a small stereo system and some board games are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can have a great breakfast there.
