The 80 m² apartment is located on the upper floor of an old village school in Wickendorf on the northern outskirts of Schwerin, 7 km to the center. Lake Schwerin is a few minutes walk away and easily accessible for a morning bath. The bright apartment with private entrance consists of e i n e m large living/bedroom area with adjoining o f f e n e r kitchen and a separate large shower room. There is a lot of space for 2-3 people and you can always find small artistic details in the apartment. The double bed has the dimensions of 2.0 x 2.0 m, a third single bed (normal size) Other mattresses can be provided by the landlord. The kitchen is furnished with a fridge (without an icebox) and an electric stove with oven. The car can be parked at the in-house yard. The bus usually runs hourly to the city within 12 minutes. Also by bike along the lakes you are in the city center in about 30 minutes. Bicycles as well as the large, former school garden are welcome to use by arrangement. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets can be brought with you after consultation and consent of the landlords.

From the very spacious apartment you can look into a large garden, It is very central and yet extremely quiet, right in the city center (10-minute walk to the market/cathedral/train station, 15-minute walk to the lake or castle). When renovating the apartment, a lot of emphasis was placed on ecological aspects. There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment, it is LOW RADIATION! We wash laundry + towels without fabric softener. This apartment is absolutely central. There is the option of a second large room. The living room has a bed, air conditioning, infrared heater, couch TV and a small balcony. In addition to the stove and oven, the kitchen has an espresso machine, Thermomix and a washer-dryer. The cats are part of it and are cared for completely automatically. No obligation for you. Linens and towels are on site. Parking is available either in the parking garage for €10 or 20 minutes' walk away for free.
