The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Quiet, cozy new apartment perfectly located!

The accessible apartment (60 sqm) with balcony is in the perfect location between the old town and the highway/industry. The entire residential complex was only completed in April 2020 and has a small playground in the courtyard. The bright and friendly apartment is very cozily furnished, so you can feel right at home. Many shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, the city center is a 5-minute walk.

Friendly reception at check-in and short briefing, house rules are available for reading. In addition, I received tips for nearby restaurants and shopping. All necessary utensils are provided, appliances, etc. everything works. The toaster is also great. I felt very comfortable during the 10 days of my stay and missed nothing. I'd love to come back :-)

We had a wonderful extended weekend here! With our 2 little kids, it was just perfect. There were even a lot of toys on site and plenty of room for movement. The house is very nice and there is plenty to experience in the area and the parents can buy a Swiss franc shop directly opposite:). Thanks for the hospitality!! Highly recommended!!

After a very long stay and some exuberant reviews, here is my conclusion at the end: Absolutely recommended! Great communication with Sebastian, very flexible and everything as described. Clean apartment, top amenities, nice and quiet neighborhood and shopping are also easily accessible. Definitely an absolute recommendation with Sebastian as a host. Five stars are maximum, otherwise I would give more. Will come again any time!
