In ca. 25 Minuten erreicht man das Stadtzentrum von Nürnberg, den Flughafen oder die Messe Nürnberg. Auch das Wanderparadies der fränkischen Schweiz ist nicht weit entfernt.

Nevertheless, all shops serving everyday needs are within walking distance. The house offers 70 square meters of space for four people in two bedrooms, which are located on the second floor. The large garden invites children or pets to romp!

The guesthouse of the villa Alfeld, completed in 2024, is idyllically situated in the middle of the beautiful village of Alfeld in the Nuremberg region.
