Monthly Rentals in Schwanberg

This is clearly the very best apartment we have ever booked! I used to be a Superhost myself, but Karl does it 1000 times better than I used to, because he takes really wonderful care of the apartment and guests, the communication is reliable and smooth and you can tell that he himself is a world traveler who knows what you need as a guest. This apartment is beautiful but also very cozy and so ideally furnished that you can feel free and move freely. The sunrise is fantastic - hard to find anything comparable. We were not there for vacation, but the pleasant ambience alone gave us a holiday feeling. More than recommended!

Katharina's house is really beautiful, if not even nicer than in the photos. The interior is even significantly larger than we had imagined. The sun terrace is the absolute heart and invites you to enjoy the wonderful view with sun loungers and much more. Katharina sent us all the important information in advance and we could easily contact her at any time. The cleanliness and hygiene of the house left absolutely nothing to be desired. We felt right at home. The direct neighbors were also very friendly and we could still use the terrace and the house in peace. It's a beautiful place! Thank you 🫶

It is a beautiful, modern studio, located in a very quiet area, with only sounds of the forest as ambient sounds. The shared pool is beautifully situated with a great view. However, a stay in the studio is not recommended for families with small children due to the lack of a kitchen and plenty of living space, but ideal to watch some TV or spend some time on the spacious balcony after a day out, also this with a great view. In our opinion, the studio is therefore not suitable for spending whole days in. Theresia responded very quickly to our questions and although there were initially no baby cot and chair present and I failed to make a connection with the WiFi, she did ensure that this was resolved as soon as possible. It was also very pleasant that the car could be placed under a carport given the severe weather. Shops and restaurants are about a 10-minute drive away.

The location of the accommodation is unique and is located at the end of a dead end road (private road). It's clean and Bernadette is super nice.
