We can agree with the positive comments and highly recommend Wladi's apartment. It's clean and we lacked nothing. We were even allowed to park an additional motorhome in the yard, as we were a larger group of women & children. Wladi is very helpful and straightforward and we felt very welcome.

The apartment has a super quiet location with a great view. Yvonne is nice, helpful and accommodating. Top amenities. I would rent the apartment again immediately.

It was so beautiful. There is everything you need in the apartment. + a large cozy couch. The dogs were happy as small treats were waiting for both. There is a dog bed, towels and so on. We can only recommend.

Thanks to detailed check-in information, we found the apartment directly. It was equipped with everything necessary and the baby also liked the spacious living-dining room. A modern bathroom with a rain shower provided a pleasant end to the evening and the two balconies were a great addition. Only the construction site near the apartment disturbed the peace a little, but due to day trips you did not notice too much of it. Communication with Sebastian was great, there were good tips on activities, shopping and restaurants. We will be happy to come back to this great area😊

We found a nice, clean apartment. Construction work took place in the hallway. The location is very central. Only short distances to the bus stop and supermarket. Many places of interest are within walking distance. Very nice old houses, plenty of good restaurants nearby. Directly opposite you could order food and eat in the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, wipes for cleaning were not provided. Two bedrooms on the upper floor can only be reached via a very narrow staircase without a railing. There was a rope to pull up. Not suitable for older people. In the smallest bedroom on the ground floor, 10 pillows were on the bed. Where to go with it if you want to sleep? The living area was spacious and the two bathrooms large enough ... with shower or shower tub. Overall a nice getaway. Thank you.

We stayed at the place for two nights. We were traveling with five adults, one toddler, and two small children. Everyone felt totally comfortable and didn't miss anything. From the communication in advance to the arrival, everything was completely well regulated and very loving. All the people we met on the farm were very open-minded and super nice. Our two youngest fellow travelers also felt very comfortable and will not forget the stay so quickly. Especially for families, the accommodation offers a retreat after beautiful day trips in the area. Everything is quite quickly accessible by car. We can only recommend the place. Very nice apartments in excellent location! Very clean, quiet and good beds. You can walk to the center or the castle of Waldeck. The Edersee is also easily accessible on foot, although you have to take into account some height difference. Nice hosts who leave you alone. In short, excellent vacation apartments!

The apartment is exactly as the photos: pristine clean, stylish, and restful. The location is 5 minutes walk from hiking trails, wonderful! We had a lovely time staying in the apartment.

The accommodation is top! Very well and modern equipped, clean and furnished as shown in the photos. Communication with the owners is also quick and detailed. Only the cleaning fee of €100 is quite high, but we had to bring our own bed linen, clear the dishwasher and empty the garbage cans ourselves. Checking the electricity meter itself is also recommended (own measurement was 50% less kwh). But definitely recommended.

The accommodation is extremely well-equipped. Beautiful furniture and a well-equipped kitchen make it easy to feel right at home. 🙏🏽 The communication in advance was super good and everything was as described. Definitely recommended. If you arrive with several cars, then definitely check out the parking situation in advance, there are only 2 parking spaces at the house.

We were very satisfied , communication was straightforward from the beginning. The place was very clean, the inventory very nice. There were drinks and sweets. There was also an offer for Netflix and Danz on a spacious TV. And at the end , yes WiFi was also available at all times and reception for the mobile phone was also available:-)))) The surrounding area is very nice and quiet. On the lake you can do water skiing and various things. A small beach bar is available. The operators are totally warm and humorous. The bike paths are great and you can eat delicious food in the area. Unfortunately, the facilities such as mini-golf, tennis, soccer field, etc. are currently not usable... But it didn't bother us... We would love to come back :-)

We spent a weekend with 6 friends at the farm of Charlotte and her family. Our goal was to relax and listen to music together. That was perfectly possible at this farm. The house has enough space for 6 adults and nothing is missing. The kitchen is superbly equipped, the beds are very comfortable, there are two bathrooms, and it has everything you need. The real highlight, however, is the outdoor area, which was perfectly suited for our purposes: a beautiful meadow, which offers plenty of space for undisturbed relaxation thanks to numerous trees and bushes. There are various lakes in the surrounding area, which we wanted to visit, but ultimately did not do so because we felt completely comfortable at the farm. We have already said that we can very well imagine spending time there again, if not regularly. Dear Charlotte: Thanks again for everything! We enjoyed every minute!

We were lucky enough to spontaneously spend the Easter holidays in the beautiful chalet and had a great time with the family (8 adults, 1 toddler). The chalet is located in a very quiet area on the mountain and is great for a wellness or hiking holiday. The host Dirk was always very accommodating and eager and always communicated quickly. The chalet was very clean and with a lot of love for detail, we felt very comfortable. The highlight was of course sauna and hot tub - we will be happy to come back!

Very nice and tastefully furnished place to stay, contact great and reliable. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped. Great oven for cool evenings. Small restriction: not suitable for dogs, as the stairs are very steep and open. Despite the photos, I didn't quite realistically assess it. Otherwise beautiful, surrounded by nature and very quiet. Jens is a great host and very eager.

We had a girls' weekend at the listing and were more than satisfied. Very nice cozy house. Lovingly furnished and well equipped. In the kitchen everything was plentiful Water was super within walking distance. For the children, there was even a great playground in the vacation village. Host very friendly Conclusion: Highly recommended, 5/5 stars

The apartment is well equipped and tastefully furnished. As a group of adults who like to cook, we found all we need and more. The host is super nice and the check-in was straightforward.

Beautiful, modernly furnished and very clean apartment. Comfortable large sofa in the living room, kitchen equipped with everything you need, enough storage space for clothes in the bedroom, practical dining table for 4 people. Very quiet location, we slept very well.

Apartment is as described, communication with Alexa hassle-free. Everything clean, kitchen with everything you need, terrace to rest perfect. Recommended!

I was received very cheerfully from the beginning by Jan and his family. I was reliably kept up to date by cell phone both at check-in and check-out and was therefore able to plan very flexibly as part of my internship, which in my opinion is not a matter of course! Thanks to the personal friendly welcome, I immediately felt welcome in the clean accommodation with full amenities. If I needed anything or needed help, I was helped. Lovely place! Beautiful building and surrounding. We had some hiccup of our trip and Stanfen was so kind and help us settle in quickly, making great recommendation of local scenery and restaurants. We had superb time in Kassel! I give my highest recommendation to the host, this place, and location!
