Two flat-screen TVs and Wi-Fi are available. The washer and dryer are located on the ground floor. A parking space is available free of charge. Our house is located in the Bettenhausen district, the city center can be reached within minutes. A bus line runs 200 meters in front of the house. Welcome to Apartment Three.

Bed linen cover (standard size) must be brought along or can be booked with our property manager for €15.00 including towels. Electricity is calculated according to usage. 55ct/kwh.

The apartment

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.
