In the middle of the spa town of Bad Zwesten surrounded by cycling and hiking trails, on the edge of the Kellerwald National Park and close to Kassel, there is a clay-built earth house, which was originally built as a therapy house, converted into an exclusive vacation home and thus is unique in Germany. We have placed emphasis on originality, with a touch of luxury. In addition to the excellent climate due to the clay construction, it remains well air-conditioned even on hot summer days.

Treat yourself to a break in our 'LANDzeit'. With a few steps, you'll be in the middle of forest and meadow valleys. Enjoy the hikes in the national park, refresh yourself at the many accessible springs, swim in the beautiful Edersee, visit pretty towns like Bad Wildungen and ....

Vacation home “alte Feuerwehr“

You are in a historic fire station right on the creek. You can sleep in the former hose tower in a 1.60 m wide box spring bed. This sleeping area is separated from the living room by free beams. You can book an additional bedroom. The photos are included. Among other things, there is a 1.80-meter-wide double bed. One floor down, on the first floor, is the bathroom with window, shower, natural stone sink and toilet. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Our shepherd's wagon "Lieblingsplatz" is located directly between horses and goats. The country-style accommodation offers a variety of possibilities: joint barbecuing in summer on the terrace, sociable rounds in the basement bar or cozy evenings on cold days in the large living room with tiled stove.
