Vacation rentals with a patio in Schulzendorf

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment for 3 nights for 3 adults. The neighbourhood has lots of cafes, small shops and bakeries which is great for breakfast. There is also a bus stop M41 which is close to apartment and very frequent which we found convenient. Jan and Julia were very responsive and helpful hosts.

Saubere Unterkunft, schöne und gut angebundene Umgebung, superfreundlicher Gastgeber - perfekt! Wir waren als Paar mit vier (!) kleinen (!) Kindern fast zwei Wochen in der Wohnung und haben es wirklich gut ausgehalten. Man kommt gut aus mit der Ausstattung (meine Güte, die Waschmaschine hat mich wirklich gerettet!), wir konnten viele tolle Ausflüge machen und Steffen stand mit Rat (Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten) und Tat (wir brauchten einen Staubsauger und bekamen ihn sofort) zur Seite. Vielen Dank, Steffen, für die schöne Zeit in Erkner bei Berlin!

As described! Responsive owner, plenty activity possibilities like fitness, pottery, strolls along the lake. A travel cot was provided making it a comfortable get away with our baby.

Gabrieles Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Trip nach Berlin oder um die schöne Natur der Gegend zu entdecken. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, hell und sehr sauber. Ich habe mich vom ersten Augenblick an sehr wohl gefühlt. Gabriele ist eine hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeberin. Ich komme bei Gelegenheit sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und toller Gastgeber, bei Fragen direkt erreicht und sehr freundlich.

Tolle, kleine Wohnung. Von der Größe her ideal für drei Personen. Sehr sauber und vor allem sehr ruhig (hätte ich vorher nicht gedacht) obwohl mittendrin gelegen. 😉 Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war super. Alles neu und modern und vor allen Dingen sehr sauber. Das Bad ist klasse und die Betten waren erstaunlich gut. Der Gastgeber John ist auch super nett, immer zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze sind vor der Wohnung auf der Straße vorhanden (für Berlin sogar relativ viel) und mit etwas Glück und Geduld findet man eigentlich immer etwas. Ich kann John und seine kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder dort wohnen wollen, wenn ich mit meiner Familie in Berlin bin.

Sehr schöner Wohnung, fühlt man sich wohl. Zum Check in braucht man eine App, ist aber alles gut beschrieben in der Anleitung. Parkplätze direkt neben der Wohnung. Von City ca. 30 Minuten entfernt. Sehr ruhig und entspannt. Schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Geräumige Duschkabine. Waren auf Durchreise, alles bestens gelaufen.

We spent a week here as a group of 6 friends and had a fabulous time. The house was generous in size, well laid out and beautifully decorated and furnished. We made full use of the fantastic kitchen which had everything even a demanding cook might desire, and shared great meals in the gorgeous dining room (which can comfortably seat 10 or 12). Having two supermarkets (Aldi and another one) within 5 minutes walk was a real plus.) The three bathrooms were great and the beds very comfortable. (The 'toddler bed' is in fact a full size single bed.) Re location: it mostly took us close to an hour to travel by public transport to destinations in the centre, something to be mindful of. We'd warmly recommend this place for larger groups.

Surely one of the best airbnb experience I have ever had! Nice place to stay to feel yourself peaceful in nature. Cozy guest house. Ozgur is very friendly and helpful, really enjoyed my weekend there! Highly recommended :)

Wir haben das Haus mit einer Feeundesgruppe aus sechs Personen für eine Woche gebucht. Die Lage mit eigenem Seezugang ist ein absolutes Highlight. Das Hauses ist groß und geräumig und grade wenn man mal mehr als nur ein paar Tage als Gruppe verreist, kann man sich auch mal gut zurückziehen. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Eine Sache, die wir schade fanden, war, dass im großen Wohnbereich nur drei gemütliche Sessel auf sechs Personen kamen, sodass die Hälfte von uns immer auf den Esszimmerstühlen hat sitzen müssen. Aber das ist ein kleiner Wermutstropfen, wenn es den Namen überhaupt verdient hat - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind selten in einem derart tollen Ferienhaus gewesen!

Sehr gepflegtes und gemütliches Haus mit einem charmanten Gastgeber, traumhaft schöner Garten!

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern da und hatten von Anfang an das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Das Haus ist nicht riesig aber super aufgeteilt. Es fehlte am nichts und bietet alles an Komfort, was man braucht. Das Grundstück bietet Schatten oder Sonne- je nachdem was man mag. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und es gibt einiges zu tun. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Es waren schöne, erholsameTage inmitten der Natur. Dank der guten Beschreibungen von Frank, war es ein rundum gelungener und entspannter Aufenthalt auf dem Grundstück! Paddel- und Radtouren in die Umgebung sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist zwar älter, aber mit vielen neuen und hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet. Die Aufteilung über 2/3 Etagen ist super und ideal für mehrere Personen. Insgesamt sehr gemütlich und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Vielen Dank, Kadrija!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Mirco’s lovely Airbnb. He was so friendly and accommodating and made sure we knew how everything worked upon arrival. He even provided shopping bags for the local Aldi! The flat was spotless and nicely decorated. We couldn’t have asked for more!

I spent one night in the spacious apartment and had a great stay. The roof terrace is a nice addition to the cosy and clean room that even has a little kitchen area. The bathroom was nice as well and the apartment would be easily suitable for two people staying for a longer time. Only downside would be carrying luggage up all the way to the top, however the views and peaceful inner yard make up for it.

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We really felt at home. We loved the location and found it easy to take the U Bahn or S Bahn everywhere. A great neighbourhood and quiet street. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Simon, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. His recommendations for places to visit were spot on, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our time in Berlin. We can't wait to return and experience more of what this amazing city has to offer. Highly recommend!

Every single detail was just perfect and the view from balcony will forever be in my mind

This is a wonderful place to stay as a base for exploring all of the exciting things Berlin has to offer. The apartment was perfect for us, clean and with everything we needed. We loved the artwork on the walls and the balcony was perfect for our morning coffee. We also loved the extra little touches such as the extensive library and umbrellas on hand if it was raining. All in all we can recommend and hope to return in the future.

es war ein wirklich sehr entspannter & schöner Trip. die Räumlichkeiten sind super süß eingerichtet, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und wirklich alles war da. vom Herzen kann ich die Unterkunft empfehlen. :-)

As someone who has stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s, I can say that this was definitely in the top 1%. My husband and I stayed here for a month in May, and it was wonderful to “come home” every day to such a comfortable, pleasant and expansive space. In addition to the elegant and creative design, we loved the light and views over the rooftops. I slept like a baby on the super comfy bed, lounged on the comfy sofa, and worked comfortably at the large dining room table. Two large bathrooms were a luxury. A huge walk-in closet. Delightful rooftop patio. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on a quiet and bright street, close to multiple forms of transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shopping (giant supermarket across the street). Easy to get anywhere. Our host, Eric, was extremely helpful, a font of information, and a delightful and charming human being. He was very responsive both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, not to speak of moving in forever!
