From this quiet, centrally located accommodation, you are only about 10 minutes' walk from the city center, or even from the train station, for example. The apartment with about 120 m² of living space is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. There is a bedroom with a double bed 1.80 m x 2 m and in another room a box spring bed with 1.4 m x 2 m. In addition to the spacious bathroom, there is a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (see photos). Free street parking is available.

Spacious living in the countryside former farm

Not far from the Romantic Road, you will stay with us very quietly on a former farm on the outskirts of the village. The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor with access to a large terrace and garden. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a workplace, a living area with a cozy couch (sleeping function), a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the adjacent large orchard there is a party hut with a campfire ring.

Ingolstadt (Old Town, a former bakery house)

Apartment is located on the second floor, in a listed townhouse . The apartment is furnished in retro design with many listed windows, ceilings, doors, walls... Close to outdoor and indoor swimming pool, park (green belt that goes around the old town) and of course the old town with shopping, cafes, bars, museums (medicine and museum for concrete art). Audi AG works for a short time. The guest is welcomed and guided, help possible at any time from neighboring rooms.

Villa Küsschen - quiet apartment and central

We offer an apartment for 2 people, which is located on the outskirts between Augsburg and Friedberg. A sofa bed is also available in the living room. The small town of Friedberg is romantically situated on a hill and is always worth a visit. The train station (Augsburg-Hochzoll) can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, from where you can quickly reach Augsburg, Munich or the Allgäu. Culturally, there is plenty to explore. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Small apartment to feel good

Feel at home in our lovingly renovated apartment. We have placed a lot of emphasis on ecological construction and you can feel that. Private access and ample parking are provided. Apart from our three children, it is very quiet. Our former farm is located outside the village of Sandizell on the edge of the Donaumooses. The adjacent extensive aurochs pasture, our bees, goats and chickens provide a farm feeling.
