The proximity to Munich and the nearby S-Bahn [suburban railway] with a direct connection is perfect for your vacation. As soon as you enter the high-quality apartment, you will feel comfortable. TONI has been built to a very high quality and impresses with underfloor heating in all rooms, high-quality, eco-certified vinyl floors and high-quality tiles. Beautiful wooden terrace and garden with ping pong and trampoline!

From this quiet, centrally located accommodation, you are only about 10 minutes' walk from the city center, or even from the train station, for example. The apartment with about 120 m² of living space is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. There is a bedroom with a double bed 1.80 m x 2 m and in another room a box spring bed with 1.4 m x 2 m. In addition to the spacious bathroom, there is a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (see photos). Free street parking is available.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Feel at home in our lovingly renovated apartment. We have placed a lot of emphasis on ecological construction and you can feel that. Private access and ample parking are provided. Apart from our three children, it is very quiet. Our former farm is located outside the village of Sandizell on the edge of the Donaumooses. The adjacent extensive aurochs pasture, our bees, goats and chickens provide a farm feeling.
