From this quiet, centrally located accommodation, you are only about 10 minutes' walk from the city center, or even from the train station, for example. The apartment with about 120 m² of living space is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. There is a bedroom with a double bed 1.80 m x 2 m and in another room a box spring bed with 1.4 m x 2 m. In addition to the spacious bathroom, there is a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped (see photos). Free street parking is available.

Spacious living in the countryside former farm

Not far from the Romantic Road, you will stay with us very quietly on a former farm on the outskirts of the village. The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor with access to a large terrace and garden. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a workplace, a living area with a cozy couch (sleeping function), a large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the adjacent large orchard there is a party hut with a campfire ring.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. The historic old town, the Fuggerei and Augsburg's pedestrian zone around the town hall can also be explored on foot from there.

Small apartment to feel good

Feel at home in our lovingly renovated apartment. We have placed a lot of emphasis on ecological construction and you can feel that. Private access and ample parking are provided. Apart from our three children, it is very quiet. Our former farm is located outside the village of Sandizell on the edge of the Donaumooses. The adjacent extensive aurochs pasture, our bees, goats and chickens provide a farm feeling.
