I had a great time staying at this place. The communication was super friendly and uncomplicated from the beginning. The apartment was exactly as described – clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant, I immediately felt comfortable. Beautiful large apartment

I would like to thank Nikolina for a perfect stay! I was allowed to be a guest for about 2 1/2 months and always felt comfortable. The apartment is ideal for short-term employees and is ideally connected to public transport, so that Stuttgart city center can be reached quickly. Future residents need to take almost nothing with them, as really everything is available that is needed to live! Therefore, I would always book this apartment again. Mike

We had a very nice stay in the apartment. We felt very comfortable and were delighted with the amenities and that so much was provided, such as lemonade, coffee and much more.

I spent 5 nights in Sina's accommodation and everything was great! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Check-in was straightforward and communication with Sina super friendly and fast. You can tell that she makes an effort to provide a comfortable stay. I can only recommend the place – happy to come back!

Tülay and her husband are very easy to reach and very helpful. The apartment is beautifully decorated. Fly screen! Very clean and stays pleasantly cool on hot days. Extremely quiet and beautifully located. One of our best AirBnb stays ever.

Everything was perfect.

What can I say...the most exciting moment is that when you push the key into the lock, press the latch and eventually open the door. Will everything be as you hoped for? I have rarely been able to experience this relieved joy in strangers' rooms and apartments, but this time it spontaneously left, was there and stayed. An extremely tastefully renovated apartment, rich in that contrast, bringing the impressive old masonry combined with modern amenities. In addition, there was the central yet quiet location, which makes it possible to stroll around the city until the night and return to the temporary home easily and quickly. Everything was very clean and visibly maintained. We were warmly welcomed and allowed to feel taken care of in all matters. A warm thank you to Ute and Holger. And our promise: we'll be back.

The town of Lorch is basically not that great. The place, however, is absolutely great and recommended. Stylishly designed with a lot of love for detail. In the middle of the city at the market square. Top recommendation if an overnight stay in Lorch becomes mandatory.

Paul's guest apartment is located on the outskirts of Schanbach, directly on a field and meadow path, which I liked to use for a walk. The rooms are very quiet and practically functionally furnished. Paul himself was very easy to reach if you had any questions.

Excellent facilities! Fitted to a very high standard. Very peaceful and relaxing. Super clean and a really lovely host. Excellent bathroom and spacious bedroom. Kitchen was spotless clean. I would love to go back again one day. Thank you Marc for your kind hospitality. Perfect location for visiting Stuttgart if you are driving. Parking is right outside. Well done Marc for a lovely apartment. Great local supermarket in walking distance.

Great apartment and central for many of Stuttgart attractions. I would definitely book again

This was one of our favorite stays on our entire trip — Steffen’s apartment truly exceeded expectations. In fact, the apartment looks even better in person than in the photos! It’s spacious, filled with natural light from both sides, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We especially loved the thoughtful layout, the dedicated office room (a rare and welcome feature), and the calming, beautifully styled decor. You can tell a lot of thought and love has gone into designing this place. Every detail, from the decor to the layout, feels intentional and welcoming. Communication with Steffen was smooth, and on check-out we had the pleasure of meeting his kind and friendly mom. A couple of things to note: the projector is a nice touch, but a standard TV might be more practical. A microwave and in-unit washer would also add convenience. Still, these were minor things in an otherwise exceptional stay. Highly recommended — we’d love to return!

Great place to stay, close to everything, can walk everywhere from there, tram/bus is two-three minutes away. We didn't use the sauna or spa, but they looked really nice. The parking garage is a very nice feature.

The place was very nice, the garden was wonderful, with a swing, trampoline, slide, sandbox and yakuzi! Perfect for those who, like us, have a dog and a child. In fact, even inside the property, various games and bookshelves are available for the little ones. We had a great rest because the area is very quiet. Absolutely recommended 👌

Sandra was a super friendly, responsive and helpful host and really made our stay a special one. Her place was extremely clean and thoughtfully set up - she told us she stays in many Airbnbs and has used her experience to ensure she provides all the bits and pieces that are sometimes missing at other places, and really make a difference to how good a stay is We were very comfortable there, and had everything we needed. The hot tub (warmed up in advance for us) was a wonderful bonus Thank you Sandra, we would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area

Our stay was really great. The place was perfect to escape the ordinary. The hostess was very attentive and took very good care of us. She was available at all times and always responded quickly and kindly - totally uncomplicated. A real heartfelt recommendation!
