Our house can be used all year round. It is equipped with gas heating and a wood-burning stove. The house is fully equipped. You only need your personal belongings. The terrace overlooking the harbor is generously covered, so it can also be used well on rainy days. Shopping locally in the Netto market with bakery and the vacation begins.

In the middle of four bathing lakes, on the edge of the village of Marienwerder-Sophienstädt, about 30 minutes by car from Berlin-Pankow, lies this newly renovated four-star holiday home at the VillaSophienschlösschen, ideal for 6-12 people. The house has a total of five bedrooms, three double rooms and two triple rooms. A large room with a large dining table, a sofa group by the cozy fireplace.
