The house was built 300 years ago as a rectory. It is in the middle of the historic old town. On top of that, the best café in Zgorzelec - Czarna Caffka is located just a few steps away from the flat. The flat is located in an old building with a staircase awaiting renovation.

Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.
