Das Wohnzimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet, zusätzlich findet ihr einen großen Schreibtisch mit bequemen Bürostuhl, Bildschirm und ein eingebautes Regal mit sehr viel Stauraum vor. Im Bad könnt ihr duschen oder es euch in der Wanne gemütlich machen. Cozy approx. 45 square meter, independent apartment. The mountains, many lakes, the Lech and beautiful excursion destinations (fairy tale forest) are close by. Bathroom with toilet and shower, bedroom, living room, kitchen. High chair, children's travel bed, potty, baby bath are available on request. Toys for small and large children. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
