This is a 300 year old picturesque house in the countryside with ca. 250m2. Ideal for larger groups with up to 13 people, who can cook and eat together or play pool billard in the large living room which used to be a restaurant in former times. Located close to the famous Spreewald, you can go hiking, paddeling or do bike tours. The house has 3 ancient fireplaces and no central heating, but we provide electric fans. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. 5 toilets, 2 showers.

The modern, full-fledged furnishings of the kitchen, spacious bathroom and living rooms allow 2-4 guests to relax at a high level. Guests with health restrictions are particularly welcome, the house is barrier-free and can also be used with a wheelchair or walker. The house has a terrace with garden, where there is also a barbecue corner.

Our cozy country house in the Spreewald can accommodate up to 8 people with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large garden area with pond invites you to relax. The port of Lübbenau is only 11 km away and the port of Lübben can also be reached in 13 km. For water lovers, Lake Stoßdorf can be explored in just 12 minutes by bike. Lake Hindenburg and an Italian restaurant are also just 2 km away and are only 20 minutes' walk.

The small cottage is located on a quiet courtyard surrounded by historic buildings that are over 200 years old, in the old town of Lübbenau. Cafes, restaurants, paddle boat rental, bike rental, biking ferry ports and shopping is only a few minutes walk. The Spreewald is a unique landscape and invites you to enjoy and unwind, but Lübbenau is also ideal for sports activities and culture. There is a city tax.
