Our house is located directly on Linz's main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the Hauptplatz 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at first sight. But the city is all the more beautiful. We are very happy to help with insider tips in various cultural areas or help with coworking, etc.

Lovely vacation apartment near Linz. We live very rurally, but only 9 km from the capital Linz. Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child-friendliness.

Amazing location with lots to do! Easy to get to the main train station to visit other areas of Austria. Accommodation was fantastic and very clean with a great view. Daniela was very responsive and easy to contact!

Elias's accommodation provides everything you need. The kitchen and the bathroom were fully equipped, the couch was also comfortable, queen sized. Four of us stayed for a day after visiting surrounding hike trails. We enjoyed our time!

It's the perfect place to relax and disconnect from the routine. The house is very comfortable, the hostess has always been very kind, and the surroundings of the house have beautiful landscapes, excellent places to walk and is close (10 minutes by car) to restaurants. I highly recommend!

Very clean and cozy apartment that felt like home right away. The balcony was lovely, and all amenities were available as described. Fresh towels and linen were provided, and the bed and room were very comfortable with a cute, welcoming interior. We arrived by car, and although the first impression of the garage and building wasn’t great, that changed immediately when we entered the apartment. We also had some trouble finding the house at first, but that was on us. Aaron was a fantastic host—super friendly, responsive, and always made sure we felt comfortable. Booking and communication were smooth throughout. Would definitely recommend!

Thanks for the stay, even if it was only short. Close to the Danube for walks and accessible by tram. The studio has everything you need and more. I slept wonderfully and felt very comfortable. It's close to the street, but it didn't bother me.
