The villa is located in a quiet location and has its own parking space for residents. The apartment is located on the top floor and is stylishly furnished to satisfy demanding guests, but the interior also remains true to the original style. Do you want to have a good breakfast in the morning? For a small fee, we will arrange a PERFECT BREAKFAST in a cafe just around the corner!!

Marie Apartment

Marie Apartment is located in the city center, about 200 meters from the square and 500 meters from the castle. It has a separate room with four beds, a comfortable sofa and a closet for storing personal belongings. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchen unit, stove, toaster, refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a sink. The apartment is on the 1st floor, there is no elevator or air conditioning in the house. Parking space for 1 car is free in front of the apartment. We believe you will have a pleasant time here.

A quiet, romantic apartment right in the center overlooking the castle has original renovated wooden floors, there is a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and a coffee machine. The apartment has its own bathroom with a toilet. SMART TV with Netflix and strong WIFI. Smoking is forbidden! DOGS are also NOT ALLOWED due to the historic floors. The apartment is designed as a partially separated room with a double bed and a kitchen with a small couch, where another person can sleep if necessary. Elevated ground floor, 7 stairs.

The apartment is located on the top floor of a historic old-town building on the Danube. The bakery is on the premises; everything else can be reached within minutes on foot. Under the roof with exposed beams, a calm atmosphere is created. From the windows, there is a view towards the Danube and the green hillside. Centrally located in Passau: the Old Town, the Danube promenade with boats, as well as cafes, restaurants, bars, and shopping are all within easy walking distance. Parking is available in the surrounding area.

Spacy apartment near the Danube Valley

Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.

Enjoy your stay in this new apartment. It is located in a quiet residential area, but only 5 minutes from the center of Haslach. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. The house has an elevator. Parking is available nearby. The town of Haslach is historically closely linked to textile culture. This was once the center of the Mühlviertel weaving and linen trade. A visit to the weaving museum is worthwhile.

Medieval Bastion built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle. Great for family, friends or 2 couples.
