The cozy eat-in kitchen and a large living room offer plenty of space. The orientation of the sun terrace is optimal, use of front garden/barbecue possible. There is a washing machine in the large bathroom. Surroundings: train station, supermarket, restaurants, Ammersee, hiking trails are within 10 minutes' walk.

1 bedroom apartment, recently renovated, only 5 minutes from the lake. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a living room with a big couch that can be turned into a bed. The apartment is quiet and there is a beautiful view from the balcony. Small kitchenette with stove, fridge microwave, kettle and coffee machine....free tea and coffee is available for guests. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can reach Munich within 45 minutes.

The very nice and quiet 2-room apartment in Schondorf am Ammersee is located in the basement of a detached house overlooking a large garden directly on the forest. It is ideal for 2 guests. The lake, beach and steamboat pier are about 10 minutes on foot. The train station, restaurants and Edeka are within 5 minutes' walking distance. The apartment is an ideal starting point for sports activities on Lake Ammersee (e.g. sailing, paddling, swimming, cycling, hiking and much more).

The lake shore is just a few steps away. Welcome to the beautiful western shore of Lake Ammersee. The magnificent views of the lake and the Alps were already appreciated at the end of the 19th century. Painters, musicians, and wealthy citizens were drawn here for their summer holidays.

House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Cozy 40 sqm apartment in your own cottage near the lake. The annex of the beautiful house from the 60s is centrally located two minutes' walk above the Schondorf lake facility. Steamer and beach, beer garden, mini golf and boat rental are next door. Living room with lake view, kitchen and bathroom are on one floor, a small bedroom with double bed is in the basement. Another sleeping option can be reached as a loft bed from the living room via a staircase.

The Oktoberfest is a 3-minute walk away, as well as all public transport, shops, restaurants, cafés and a city park. The spacious living area with a room height of up to 4 meters and two separate bedrooms offer the ideal accommodation for families and groups. The huge window to the west and the roof terrace open up a view over the beautiful old building district.

This special place has its own style. The view over Lake Ammersee and the entire mountain range can be enjoyed via the terrace and the conservatory at any time of the year. The open gallery and the high ceiling in the living room convey a spacious overall impression. The apartment has two modern bathrooms. One of them has a freestanding bathtub, double washbasin and wellness shower belonging to the master bedroom with dressing room.

Die schöne Wohnung bietet auf ca. 45 m² ein Wohnzimmer mit TV, eine voll ausgestattete Einbauküche mit Esstisch, Bad, Terrasse und Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Boxspringbett (180 × 200 cm). Handtücher, Bettwäsche sowie ein separater Eingang sind inklusive. Parken ist auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite möglich. Die S-Bahn Türkenfeld ist ca. 5 km entfernt, München erreicht man mit dem Auto in 25–30 Minuten.
