The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

1 bedroom apartment, recently renovated, only 5 minutes from the lake. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a king size bed and a living room with a big couch that can be turned into a bed. The apartment is quiet and there is a beautiful view from the balcony. Small kitchenette with stove, fridge microwave, kettle and coffee machine....free tea and coffee is available for guests. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can reach Munich within 45 minutes.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Steamer and beach, beer garden, mini golf and boat rental are next door. Living room with lake view, kitchen and bathroom are on one floor, a small bedroom with double bed is in the basement. Another sleeping option can be reached as a loft bed from the living room via a staircase.

There is a dog living in the house that you may encounter.
