Only about 5 minutes on foot to the train station (BRB Garmisch-Geltendorf) and about 7 minutes to the lake. Terrace apartment in Geltendorf

This apartment offers you both: tranquility in the countryside and yet you are in the middle of Munich in just 30 minutes. The train station is a 2-minute walk away. The Ammersee and Wörthsee, two of the most beautiful lakes in the Munich area, can also be reached by car in 15 minutes. The apartment is located in a house with six parties on the property where my grandparents' house used to be. That's why there are still some memorabilia in the apartment, such as my grandmother's old sewing machine.

The apartment is quiet and there is a beautiful view from the balcony. Small kitchenette with stove, fridge microwave, kettle and coffee machine....free tea and coffee is available for guests. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can reach Munich within 45 minutes.

The very nice and quiet 2-room apartment in Schondorf am Ammersee is located in the basement of a detached house overlooking a large garden directly on the forest. It is ideal for 2 guests. The lake, beach and steamboat pier are about 10 minutes on foot. The train station, restaurants and Edeka are within 5 minutes' walking distance. The apartment is an ideal starting point for sports activities on Lake Ammersee (e.g. sailing, paddling, swimming, cycling, hiking and much more).

The lake shore is just a few steps away. Welcome to the beautiful western shore of Lake Ammersee. The magnificent views of the lake and the Alps were already appreciated at the end of the 19th century. Painters, musicians, and wealthy citizens were drawn here for their summer holidays.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Cozy 40 sqm apartment in your own cottage near the lake. The annex of the beautiful house from the 60s is centrally located two minutes' walk above the Schondorf lake facility. Steamer and beach, beer garden, mini golf and boat rental are next door. Living room with lake view, kitchen and bathroom are on one floor, a small bedroom with double bed is in the basement. Another sleeping option can be reached as a loft bed from the living room via a staircase.

The open gallery and the high ceiling in the living room convey a spacious overall impression. The apartment has two modern bathrooms.
