Nestled in the heart of Upper Lusatia is our beautiful town of Schirgiswalde. We are proud of our extraordinary history. There is plenty to discover with us and we are a central starting point for excursions such as - Saxon Switzerland/ Bastei - City buildings - Zittauer Mountains and the city of Zittau - Bohemia and Bohemian Switzerland - Görlitz and much more Our accommodation is quiet, right on the Spree, in the center of the city. Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Friendly 50 m² apartment

Our friendly 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. It has a living room with dining area, a separate kitchen with full amenities, and a bathroom with shower. In the bedroom there is a double bed. A children's travel bed is available and can be booked as needed. Another person can also find a place to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The smart TV with Magenta TV and RTL+ provides entertainment as well as books and games.

The modern apartment is located in the old historic building, the "old girls' school" of Kleinwelka. In our multigenerational house, you can expect modern furnished accommodations. Our guests have a vacation room for 2 people at their disposal. Of course, your vehicle is safe at the house. You are welcome to visit and use our garden with barbecue corner. On request, a loving breakfast with, for example, fresh organic eggs, homemade jam or delicious regional fruit and also sausage will be served for a small surcharge of 9 euros per person.

Our small apartment is in a rural location. Walking, you can reach the Kottmar and the Spreequelle in 45 minutes. You can also explore the surroundings by bike. Take a break and relax in this environment. The apartment is freshly furnished and is located on the first floor in an old house. The entrance leads through a shared hallway. The staircase is a bit steep. There is a garden, where you can also relax and watch chickens.

Vacation home/apartment Löbau, city and trade fair nearby

The apartment on the 2nd floor is very brightly designed and has everything you need to feel comfortable. 2 TVs, 1 x with 43-inch diagonal and 1 x 32-inch diagonal (living area/bedroom) allows you to relax. You will stay about 150 meters from the city center, but still on a quiet side street. Everything you need for groceries is 80 meters away. Fast WiFi is of course free of charge. Lots of restaurants within 300 m.

Hutzelberg – Experience in Upper Lusatia

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.
