Myself and my wife traveled from the uk to Christian’s property in rexingen in may 2025 , self check in was easy with a lock box containing the key to the property, Christian was always on hand to answer any questions I had. The home was spotlessly clean and as described in the listing , We felt at home straight away , Everything you need for a stay is provided , Towels , iron , washing machine , tumble dryer bed linen etc etc , It was like home from home , The area is quiet and peaceful because the property is set in a quiet location , most Black Forest attractions are a hours drive or you can take a 5 minutes walk from the property and you are within the forest with various nature walks of different lengths to choose from all starting from the property if you choose not to drive , We had a lovely evening meal in Horb at morgenland but would recommend you book in advance , A lovely weeks stay we had here and would recommend this accommodation,

We felt very comfortable here and would come back at any time. 😊 The place was very clean and tidy, there were many excursion destinations nearby and Tamara was always quickly available and helpful 👍🏽

What a wonderful stay we had in das Zwergstübchen! It is a cute cottage with a cozy decor. We didn't lack anything here. In addition, the cottage has a good location. When you step outside, you immediately feel like you are in nature. At the same time, villages with supermarket/bakery/restaurant are a short distance away. Hostess Patricia helped us excellently where we had questions. She is always available and helpful. We'd love to come back sometime!

As a group of friends of four people, we really enjoyed our stay. Apart from the fact that one of the mattresses was already a bit worn, we liked the apartment. The layout of the apartment together with the furnishing style and the furnishings (especially board games) we liked it.

The place was large, very clean and cozy. Communication with the host went smoothly and kindly. She was accessible and helpful at all times. It was particularly nice that she had prepared a little gift for us and the children. At check-in, she was on site in person, which made the reception even more pleasant. The location is quiet and ideal for relaxing. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime!

Claudia's house is a gem - a mix of style icons, museum and antique shop. Those who are prone to too many impressions per square meter will not feel comfortable. Everyone else will be very excited. Big pluses: the well-equipped kitchen, the sociable guest and pub room as well as the garden with diverse barbecue facilities - and if necessary - an outdoor kitchen. We felt very comfortable.

We had a wonderful week in Gengenbach, it flew by and we could have easily stayed much longer. As a base, Gengenbach provided dozens of walks on our doorstep as well as being a springboard for many others. We made use of the free public transport options (tourist card) and parked the car up, which was a refreshing change. We ate at local restaurants on the recommendation of our hosts and were not disappointed - the food was lovely and the local restauranteurs were incredibly hospitable. At the end of our days adventuring we came home to a relaxing apartment which was so well equipped and cosy. Our hosts were friendly; welcoming us on arrival which was lovely and always there to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend this as a place to visit and pause for a moment in time.

Highly recommend this place! The place and hosts are so welcoming and setting is stunning. One could spend a long time there and still not see everything in the area - it’s a great location to go and explore from. But staying in is great too, we didn’t even want to leave the cozy wintergarden with views of fields full of wildflowers. And the place is very comfortable. Loved it.

We had a great week in the apartment in Simonswald! The accommodation is modern, stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable. The amenities are high-quality, the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, the living room is cozy and technically up to date. We particularly liked the quiet bedroom with very comfortable beds and the modern, clean bathroom. The apartment was sparkling clean and well prepared upon arrival. The location is perfect for excursions to the Black Forest, but at the same time quiet and relaxing. Communication with host Marco was also friendly, fast and straightforward at all times. You can tell that someone here is a host with heart and aspiration. We felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend this apartment. If you are looking for stylish, comfortable accommodation in a fantastic environment, this is the place to be.

We had a fantastic 2-day stay right in the heart of the Black Forest, and it exceeded all our expectations! The place was beautifully cozy, thoughtfully furnished, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail, from the warm, welcoming interiors to the high-quality amenities, made it feel like a home away from home. The highlight was definitely the heated pool and the sauna-perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the stunning surroundings. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was peaceful and rejuvenating. This stay was worth every penny, and we would absolutely love to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene and luxurious escape in nature!

We had a 3 day stay at the apartment and it was amazing. The place was super easy to find, within walking distance to most things in town. The checkin went smoothly. The apartment is exactly as per the pictures. 2 full bathrooms were great for 4 of us. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony space was also really pretty. The host was very responsive and prompt. The instructions for checkin parking and everything else were clear and precise. I will definitely recommend this apartment and would love to come for a repeat stay sometime.

We stayed here 9 nights. Triberg is a great base for exploring The Black Forest. The apartment is very cosy, clean, plenty of room, comfortable bed and great shower. There's a wonderful view of the Triberg valley. We had all we needed for our self contained stay. Barbara, George and Selina are fantastic hosts - very friendly and accommodating. The place was exactly as described here. Everything super clean. It was the perfect starting point for our excursions planned by car. Frank was a great host!! The family was very nice. We didn't miss anything for our 1-year-old daughter either. With a high chair, crib and the playground outside the door, it was a great fit. You can eat very well in the inn. In the apartment itself, you don't notice the inn at all. We were looking for peace and found it. Thank you very much for that :)

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything met our expectations. The large living/dining area is very nice. Since we wanted to spend two days in Rulantica, this apartment was perfectly located for us as a starting point. Always happy to come back!

Verena and Rudi’s home was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed (and we’ve stayed in a lot!). They were such kind hosts who made us feel so welcome. The setting on the banks of the Rhine is incredible. We swam in the river every day, enjoyed their lovely pool, and loved the beautiful view. Already wondering when we can come back next!

Nice spacious accommodation for 2 people. Very nice to have a mini terrace to enjoy being outside. 15 minutes' walk to the historic center of Alpirsbach which is very pretty. Lots of hikes in the area. Marlis hosted us very well, I would not hesitate to go back if I return to the area.

Great and beautiful remote location to find some peace and quiet in the Schwarzwald!

We felt right at home in the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with everything possible, there are many games and books - also a game of patience that we unfortunately could not solve 😅 In about 8 minutes at the bus stop, with the bus only running very sporadically on Sunday. On foot, however, you can also reach Paula-Modersohn Square in about 15-20 minutes and from there take the light rail towards Freiburg. Would definitely come again!

Super clean place and mega friendly host. Everything was great. We just didn't find the bed that comfortable, but that's different for everyone. Highly recommend 😊
