Stylish old building apartment in the heart of Coburg

Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

The guest apartment is located directly on campus, yet close to nature. If you have problems with pets, insects or feathered friends, you should not read any further. Close to shopping, swimming pool, ice rink, good gastronomy, nature reserve. Parking is available right in front of the property. Good starting point for hikes to the Kickelhahn, to the Bobhütte, Gabelbach or Rennsteig, for bike rides on the Ilmradweg or individually, motorized for tourist destinations in Thuringia

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space for free development. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof, in the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub need preparation. If you want to use it, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in the summer by arrangement.

Our apartment is located 800 m above sea level and about 14 km from the center of Saalfeld. If you are looking for peace and time to rest and relax, you have come to the right place. The quiet yet central location makes our apartment a good choice. In summer, our courtyard offers a unique flair. Use it for eating, playing, getting together & enjoy nature and the loving details that make this place special. Opposite is a butcher shop. Also within minutes walking distance are a supermarket, a small organic shop and a fast food pizza restaurant.
