Unser neues Apartment "Upper Beach" liegt im 2. Obergeschoss, bequem über einen Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Du hast ein separates Schlafzimmer, Küche und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und sonnigem Balkon. Das Haus befindet sich mitten im Zentrum von Timmendorfer Strand. Wer so zentral wohnen möchte, muss manchmal mit etwas Trubel und Lärm in der Hochsaison rechnen. Restaurants, Cafés und zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Strand befindet sich ca 150 Meter entfernt.

The natural gathering point of the house is the beautiful living room, where the kitchen and living room are united in one. From the living room you access a charming south-east facing terrace with Seaview. The holiday home offers a spacious bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, and a lovely bathroom with shower and sauna. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It has a beautiful view from the sea. From the terrace you have an additional view from the green fields. The apartment is only 200 meters from the sea. In a very safe area with ample parking. Family friendly environment, next to green areas. Hiking possibilities in the forest in the back. It is perfect for 4 people, if we open the sofa bed in the living room you can have 6 people in total.

Huset indeholder lige hvad I behøver til en hyggelig og afslappende ferie. Alt er klar, senge redt med nyvasket, nystrøget sengetøj, rene håndklæder. Forskellige spil og bøger findes til låns i stuen og under sofaens chaiselong, som løftes i “madrassens” ende. Huset har et tilhørende anneks, med soveværelse nr. 2.
