Welcome to our home on a stream in Turbenthal. The house was built in 2017 and is very modern. There is a communal playground and children are very welcome. There are three free parking spots. The house overlooks a beautiful stream and there are beautiful walks, hikes and cycling straight from the house. Migros and Coop supermarkets are walking distance. The house is under 5 mins walk from the train station, Zurich is 47 mins by train and Winterthur 25 mins away. Trains are every 30 mins.

Elsau liegt an der Stadtgrenze zu Winterthur. Ländlich und doch in Stadtnähe. Besuche Winterthur mit seinen Cafés, Museen, dem Technorama oder den Musikfestivals! Zürich ist mit dem Zug und Auto in 30min zu erreichen. Ebenso aber der Rheinfall oder die Grenze zu Deutschland und Österreich. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang sowie einen Parkplatz, ist nahe der Bus- oder Zughaltestelle. Im Sommer kann der hauseigene Pool nach Absprache mitbenutzt werden. Farmhouse room with lovely charm

In our restored farmhouse we rent a cozy, wheelchair-accessible attic apartment with elevator, spread over 2 floors. The upper bedroom can be reached via a wooden staircase (not wheelchair accessible). My accommodation is in the middle of the village in the countryside, but very close to the nearest cities of Frauenfeld and Winterthur. The bus stop is 100m from the Airbnb. It's ideal for couples, adventurers traveling alone, business trips and families (with children).

I love this place so much. I did not want to leave! The view was absolutely stunning and it was so quiet and peaceful. Maria-Theresia was so nice. She helped me a lot with checking in since I was traveling by myself and I’ve never been to Switzerland before. Also the transportation was really easy from the airport on the bus. Maria-Theresia also helped me with getting there as well and sent me different options. She responded so quickly and helped me feel more at ease since I was a little nervous never have been anywhere in the area before . I highly recommend staying here.!

The room and the house were spotless, creating a perfect environment for him to study and relax. Everything was just as described, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness. Sabine is a wonderful host. Communication was always very friendly, accurate and quick, the place was easy to find, check in hassle-free. The room is comfortably furnished as seen on the pictures, the bed is very comfortable. Everything is very clean. I use the desk and chair as well as the Wi-Fi. Thank you very much. 🙂 A bakery is a 5-minute walk away. It couldn't be better. I will be happy to come back.
