The private apartment is located in a relaxed residential area in the hip district of Plagwitz/Lindenau, 15 minutes' drive from the city center, right next to the beautiful Henriettenpark. It is a good 10-minute walk to bustling Karl-Heine-Straße, 10 minutes by bike to Clara Zetkin Park and about 30 minutes to Cospudener See + supstation.

Liebe Gäste unsere Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass ihr von der Autobahn A14 in 5 min bei uns vor Ort sein könnt. Der Flughafen ist in 10 min zu erreichen und die Leipziger Messe auch. Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.

You can expect a lovingly furnished apartment that has a bedroom, living room/bedroom with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bathroom and a large balcony. A spacious balcony completes the apartment. The apartment is close to the center and is located on a quiet side street. You are still within a minute in a very lively main street with shopping and the nearest stop is only 2 minutes away.

I offer you a sleeping place (or two) in my small office (8 sqm) with mini kitchen and private bathroom. There are very good soundproof windows against the street noise. The excavation lake with sauna is 200 m away, the tram and many bus lines stop in front of the door. Nearest supermarket 200m away. By bike (you can rent from me for €5 per day) you are in the city or at the Neue Messe in 20 minutes.
