The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

The apartment has a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large living room with dining area, a bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is about 60 square meters. The furnishing is modern and includes, for example, a box spring bed (1.8 m) in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room and garden furniture.

Right in front of the house is a parking space for a car. The old town, the castle, the cathedral and the train station are within walking distance. Other excursion destinations such as Lake Geiseltal are quickly accessible by car or by bicycle. A crib and highchair are also available.

It took us three years to renovate our gem directly on the river from the ground up with a lot of love. We ourselves are so fond of this beautiful spot on earth that we would like to let others have a part in it and offer it for rent here. It offers you space for 6 people in three double rooms on a total of three levels as standard. You can park your bicycles, etc. comfortably and safely in the large gate entrance. Tips for parking in the neighborhood can be obtained on request.
