This is a 300 year old picturesque house in the countryside with ca. 250m2. Ideal for larger groups with up to 13 people, who can cook and eat together or play pool billard in the large living room which used to be a restaurant in former times. Located close to the famous Spreewald, you can go hiking, paddeling or do bike tours. The house has 3 ancient fireplaces and no central heating, but we provide electric fans. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. 5 toilets, 2 showers.

Garden and grilling area have shared access. The house operates entirely on renewable energy sources.

Our house is located in the center of Dresden (about 800 m from the HBH) and yet quiet and surrounded by greenery. It has a large and a small bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a guest toilet. Ideal for individuals, couples and families with 1-2 children. The 4 bikes and the grill can be used free of charge. Tram stops, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The house is not just a vacation home. There are also private things of ours available.

To Rauenstein FW 2 (attic floor)

On our approx. 2000 m² property there are 2 apartments. The roof surfaces are well insulated from the inside and outside. The apartment is cozy and quiet. All rooms have windows. A parking space on the premises is available for the FW. If you have multiple cars or vans, there are parking spaces nearby. In about 500 m are the S-Bahn station and ferry terminal, as well as the outdoor swimming pool. There are many opportunities for hikes and excursions in the area.

Ground floor apartment,with a small entrance area of a bright, friendly full glass door, with a friendly southwest bathroom and a large bright room that maintains its special charm through the huge round arch window. The view of our private farm , with traditional Rundling and our beautiful 90-year-old walnut tree. The south side ensures bright light flooding. On the southwest side there is a small separate sitting area, with barbecue facilities.

Welcome to the trial living in our tiny loft. You are welcome to spend nights in ecological minimalism. The tiny house is idyllically situated on the Wildberg Manor. Beautiful hiking trails in the winding left-bank valleys are just as much to be discovered as the wine town of Radebeul with the Spitzhaus and the historic village green Alt-Kötzschenbroda (pubs). The cleaning fee of €30 is payable in cash. Bookings from 01/28/26 include these costs.

It has a double bedroom, TV and desk on the upper floor, a small bedroom with single bed and sofa bed for one person and a small bathroom with toilet and sink. In the basement there is a kitchen (no dishwasher), living room with fireplace and TV, bathroom with shower and toilet. The garden invites you to relax. Children and pets are welcome!

The cabin is built in sustainable wood construction and offers a magnificent view of Lake Bergheider with the large panoramic window. Relax in a 180x200 bed on a gallery overlooking the lake.
