Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Our house lies on a hill surrounded by the mountains in a small peaceful village, just 3 km away from Lake Bohinj. This place is one of the world's pearls, perfect for travellers who love nature and the peace of mountains. We arranged the upper floor of our house into a cozy home for travellers. I rent my apartment on the second floor of our house near the center of Velden (5 min. walk to the lake and into the village). You will have the whole floor to yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with cooking basics such as organic coffee, tea, pasta, sauce, oil, and spices.
