The harbour, the beach and nice restaurants are close by. Tram nr 17 and 11 stop right around the corner and brings you to the city-center within several minutes. The beach is only a 14 minute walk away.

Public transportation is around the corner; within 10 minutes you are downtown. Equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and espresso machine, among other things. Parking is available on request (€20 per day). Ideal for a relaxing stay by the sea and in the city.
