Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. In der Nähe Schigebiet Feldberg, Bademöglichkeiten Schluchsee, Titisee und Windgfällweiher. Wander- und Mountainbike Gebiet.
