We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

The proximity to the city center, the 3 rivers and the train station are special advantages of this residential area. With 150 m³ of living space, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 balconies, it offers every comfort you could wish for a relaxed and interesting stay. Unsere Unterkunft liegt mitten in Deutschland, in der Nähe von Kassel und ist umgeben von Natur. Du wirst sie lieben wegen der himmlischen Ruhe, dem Türchen in den Wald und trotzdem nur 20 km Entfernung nach Kassel mit Auto oder Straßenbahn. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer, Familien (mit Kindern) und größere Gruppen geeignet. Sofern es sich nicht um unkontrollierbare Kampfhunde handelt sind uns Tiere willkommen und fühlen sich regelmäßig sehr wohl.

On the balcony, you can enjoy wonderful views over the forests. The imposing half-timbered house accommodates 12 nice people in 3 generations for many good conversations. Likewise, my catering, from which you can also have a delicious meal from time to time. In our foyer there is a library for lounging on cozy sofas.

On the top floor is a bedroom with a box-spring bed, built-in wardrobe, TV and sitting area as well as a bathroom with toilet and shower. Bicycle storage is available.

You will stay in a cozy, very bright basement apartment in a wooden house built according to building biology guidelines. The apartment has its own entrance, a beautiful terrace and the garden (fire pit) can also be used. In addition to a kitchen with an oven and fridge, a washing machine is also available. The house is located in a quiet residential area with nice neighbors. The small town, with good infrastructure, can be reached on foot in five minutes.

Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish place. The "Kleine Auszeit" can be found in idyllic Atzenhausen (245 inhabitants). The southernmost town of the municipality of Rosdorf is conveniently located between two connections of the A7 and the A38. (Dreieck Drammetal 4 km / Hedemünden 6 km). In the middle of Germany is our very nice and modernly furnished apartment for up to 6 people plus a toddler (travel cot) with a cozy covered terrace. In the idyllic little village of Barlissen between Göttingen, Hann Münden and Kassel. Everything is very quickly accessible by car and 5 minutes from the Drammetal highway junction Very recommended for families, friends, work colleagues and craftsmen, everyone is welcome with us :) Car is an advantage!
