Perfect stay – absolutely recommended! Eva is a fantastic host – warm, attentive and always available when you need something. The house is beautifully restored and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. We particularly liked the combination of modern comfort and charming ambience. The location is also ideal: The proximity to Rosenheim and the mountains makes the house the perfect starting point for excursions into nature or into the city. The service during our stay was first-class – we felt completely comfortable. Thank you, Eva – we will be happy to come back!

Very comfortable and well equipped, spacious apartment outside the city noises, with its own private entrance. Would recommend to those traveling by car who appreciate peace and privacy.

We received all the essential information before arrival and were able to check in flexibly without any problems. The place was spotlessly clean and we were kindly greeted with a drink and snack on the kitchen table. It is very spacious and also well suited for a larger family. The nearby railway line was not disturbing even on the terrace and could not be heard in the bedroom. We will be happy to return with availability on every visit to Großkaro.
