Exclusive residential unit, ideal for sports enthusiasts

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

Bring the whole family or friends to this great place with lots of room to relax and feel good. Whether hiking, cycling, swimming, sightseeing or just lounging, everything is possible here. You can make a day trip to the sea. Both Croatia and Italy are just around the corner. Small hikes to more difficult mountain tours can be found nearby. There are also excellent restaurants in the area. Local shops provide for everyday needs.

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

A natural log house in the middle of nature and yet only 2 kilometers to Lake Wörthersee and 5 kilometers to the city center of Klagenfurt. The Seltenheim golf course can be reached in 1 km. Wake up in a hut built with wood from our forest, in an idyllic location. In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).
