The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

We rent a cosy and lovingly furnished 2 room apartment in the upper floor of an original Bavarian country house with south balcony and paradisical garden for 4 guests. The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

In der Wohnküche könnt ihr nicht nur kochen, sondern auch gemütlich zusammensitzen. Das Wohnzimmer ist das Herzstück der Wohnung - mit herrlichen Blick in den großen Garten. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Arbeitsplatz. Neben dem Wannenbad gibt es noch ein separates WC.

Munich & mountains are only 35 min. away, shopping in Wolfratshausen. We ask for your understanding: no small children or pets.
