Die Umgebung zum See hin ist sehr ruhig und auch die Einkaufsstraße liegt weit genug entfernt, um einen ruhigen Aufenthalt entfernt des Trubels genießen zu können. Sehr gute Anbindung mit dem Bus 128 zum Flughafen Tegel, besonders gut, da Easyjet jetzt auch in Tegel landet und startet :-)
